Bob Snyder and Ward Struble of Kelly & Close’s Survey Team attended a meeting of the Occupational Advisory Committee for the Civil Engineering Technology Program at the Bucks County Technical High School in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Bob and Ward are part of a 10 person group that meet on a semi annual basis to review technology needs and course curriculum for the program. Students enrolled in the Civil Engineering Technology Program learn a wide variety of civil engineering techniques, including AutoCAD drafting, basic site design, and land surveying.
As representatives of Kelly & Close Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, Ward and Bob have a vested interest in providing the best teaching and training, both in and out of the classroom, for the next generation of civil engineers and land surveyors.
