Project Gallery: Penn State University Brandywine (PSUB) Campus

It’s an exciting time at Penn State Brandywine! The campus is nearing completion of an expansion consisting of its first ever Residence Hall and Student Union/Dining Hall.  The 112 acre campus located at Middletown & Yearsley Mill Roads in Middletown Township, Delaware County Pennsylvania was established in 1967.  In 2017, PSUB is celebrating its 50 year anniversary. During those 50 years PSUB has grown into a beautiful and scenic campus for commuter students.  Upon completion of the Residence Hall and Student Union/Dining Hall, students will now have the opportunity to reside on campus.  Some new and exciting opportunities for the PSUB students over the next 50 years!

The Residence Hall is a 72,800 SF, 4-story building which will house 250 students.  The Student Union/Dining Hall is a 30,600 SF, 2-Story building.

Kelly & Close Engineers and Surveyors is proud to be part of this exciting project at such an exciting time at PSUB.  K&C provided surveying/site/civil engineering services for Feasibility Study, Land Development Approvals and Construction Administration.  The buildings are nearing completion and are scheduled to open in August 2017 for the upcoming Fall 2017 Semester.
